Our personel MUST ensure that the company's financial books of record are kept complete and accurate. All the company expenses must be complete and recorded regardless of the amount of transcaction. False invoices or payment of expenses that raises question will be rejected.
Quality Assurance Limited was registered in the year 2003 to offer professional services in the fields of calibration, Non Destructive Testing, Noise Mapping Surveys and Quality Management Systems. In the year 2004 it was accredited as a Calibration Centre No. S. 60 by Kenya Bureau of Standards (National Calibration Scheme) in the field of measuring: Pressure, Temperature and Volume. In the same year it was also registered as a training centre by Directorate of Industrial Training. The company continued to grow and it was accredited in the field of balance calibration in the year 2005. In the year 2008 QAS was accredited by Kenya National Accreditation Service (KENAS) as a calibration centre no. KENAS/CL/10. Kenya National Accreditation Service (KENAS) is the body which was gazetted to take over the functions of former National Calibration Scheme (Kenya Bureau of Standards).
QAS is ISO 9001:2015 certified by Bureau Veritas K Ltd – General requirements for Quality Management Systems. Some of QAS labs are accredited to ISO 17025 by KENAS – General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. In the field of training QAS is duly approved by NITA. (See appendix 4) Our laboratories have the capability in the fields of measuring:Temperature, Pressure, Mass-Balance Calibration, Volume & Flow, Industrial Measurements, Force, AC/DC, Density and Viscosity

At QAS, all employees MUST display the utmostintegrity at all times in all activities; both in business dealing with customers, suppliers and other partners and within the company. Code of conduct should be seen as a set of guidelines for our employees. It provides guidance in a consise and clear format and supports the team so that they may carry out their work independently on behalf of the company. Compliance with the principles of the code of conduct forms the basis for legally, morally, and ethically faultless conuct in all the business situations.
The quality of our work is assured by an array of accreditation that are subject to ongoing , strict monitoring ny national agencies.The key element in terms of quality assurance within the company is the extensive set of rules in place for our quality managemnet systems. It covers and regulates all major work process and procedures. QAS employees carry great responsibility as the quality and reliability of our work has a direct impact on people, the environment and other companies. In our day to day operations, we therefore work in line with our core values of being knowledge-driven, quality -driven and customer-driven.
